Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport soil, gravel, and construction materials
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Load/unload materials efficiently at job sites and distribution centers
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Collaborate with dispatch team for timely route adjustments
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and basic repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and loading techniques
- Strong spatial awareness and navigation skills
- Physical ability to climb equipment and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime
