Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials to construction sites and quarries
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Ensure safe loading/unloading procedures and cargo securement
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatchers and site supervisors for efficient routing
- Maintain clean driving record and report maintenance needs
- Support team goals through punctuality and reliability
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Pass background check and drug screening
