Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery to transport construction materials
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Load/unload materials at job sites with precision
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
- Navigate diverse terrain and weather conditions
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- DOT medical certification and physical fitness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in AZ climate
- Basic mechanical knowledge for field troubleshooting
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
