Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Own the end-to-end development and execution of Veridian Tech's 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning it with long-term corporate goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and market shifts to identify high-value opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to ensure roadmap alignment and seamless execution.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource distribution to maximize ROI on strategic initiatives.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Veridian Tech at industry conferences, publishing white papers and speaking on the future of tech.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster an internal environment that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering successful long-term strategic roadmaps for major organizations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from C-suite executives to technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
