Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to maintain a competitive edge.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into core business operations to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with key tech vendors and partners to ensure access to the latest tools and platforms.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the internal innovation lab to foster a culture of experimentation and forward-thinking solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business units to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Risk Management: Assess the risks associated with adopting new technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Leadership roles.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Future Tech trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
