Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct deep-dive research and feasibility studies on breakthrough technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing, Decentralized ledgers) to determine their viability for integration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external R&D labs, academia, and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve and secure strategic partnerships.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of R&D budget and technical resources to high-potential projects with the highest return on innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical and market risks associated with new technology adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Masterās degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning or R&D capacity.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully defining long-term technology roadmaps and executing on innovative projects.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 protocols.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems and drive results in ambiguous environments.
