Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on AI-driven automation and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and agile problem-solving.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
- Product Lifecycle: Own the full product lifecycle from concept and ideation through to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management or strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), machine learning principles, and data analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and successfully delivering complex, high-impact projects.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
