- Oversee Advanced R&D: Direct research initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Autonomous Systems to ensure technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable development strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership and secure buy-in for major technological investments.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor advancements to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract future concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
