Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Spatial Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and product architects.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Architecture Oversight: Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture across all product lines.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D departments to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing long-term technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Agile Mindset: Experience leading agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
