Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives, aligning them with the company's core mission.
- Emerging Technology Research: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem, including startups, universities, and research labs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate technical possibilities into business strategies.
- Innovation Labs Management: Oversee the operations of internal innovation labs, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.

Qualifications
