Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies such as Quantum AI and Edge Computing.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend high-ROI technology investments.
- Establish governance frameworks for data security and AI ethics in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or engineering management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology products or platforms.
- Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and future implications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for security clearance.
