- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Biology.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex tech trends into clear strategic initiatives.
- Oversee R&D partnerships and monitor competitive landscapes to identify potential disruptions.
- Present quarterly technology forecasts to stakeholders and board members.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading long-term strategic initiatives with a focus on futuristic trends.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.
