Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate futuristic solutions into current business operations.
- Identify high-potential startups and partnerships for acquisition or integration.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Mentor engineering teams on strategic thinking and long-term product vision.
- Monitor global tech shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and defining long-term technology visions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience managing budgets over $1M and leading diverse teams.
- PMP or similar advanced certification is a plus.
