We are seeking a visionary Director of Future Technology & AI Strategy to lead our roadmap into the pivotal year of 2026. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with immediate business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of advanced AI architectures, focusing on generative models and autonomous systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to scalable, cloud-native environments optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and integrate viable solutions into our product ecosystem.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to drive investment and adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of scaling technology organizations and delivering complex products on time.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt the technology stack accordingly.
- Strong background in data privacy, security, and compliance within a global market.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
