Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap for Artificial Intelligence integration across all business units.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focusing on predictive analytics, generative AI, and autonomous systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Apex Future Systems remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with broader corporate goals.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists and strategists.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI, Strategy, or Product Development.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
