In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production engineering, ensuring our solutions are ready for the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap for the organization's flagship products.
- Lead Research & Development: Oversee a team of top-tier AI researchers and engineers focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Scalability & Performance: Design systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing with sub-millisecond latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and executive teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement robust guardrails to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployed models.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and MLOps pipelines.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
