Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable enterprise systems and cloud migration strategies.
- Oversee a budget of $5M+ for R&D and infrastructure modernization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with emerging tech stacks.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate technical vision to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact the 2026 product launch timeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or IT management, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong experience in agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is preferred.
