Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, AR/VR) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Predict potential technological disruptions and develop mitigation strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Manage the budget for long-term R&D projects and technology acquisitions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 strategic goals.
- Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences and partnerships focused on future tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizons) for large-scale organizations.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current and future trends in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Science.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large budgets and high-performance teams.
- Experience in the US market with a focus on scalable technology solutions.
