- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget and track KPIs for innovation pipeline efficiency

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Executive-level experience with strategic planning and P&L management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation teams across multiple continents
