Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Innovation Vision, aligning advanced AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable AI solutions designed to support exponential growth.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with leading tech research labs and academic institutions.
- Present high-level strategic plans and future projections to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and engineers.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities for technological disruption.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Strategic Product Management, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term product roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), neural networks, and deep learning architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, high-level strategies.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in technical documentation.
