Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries in Riverside and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load scheduling
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of all materials
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of box truck driving experience
- Proof of commercial vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Riverside and Southern California geography
- DOT medical certification current and valid
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
