Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional deliveries in Milwaukee metro area
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and time management
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable box truck operation experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple daily deliveries independently
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee area roadways and traffic patterns
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-road repairs
- Excellent time management and customer communication abilities
- Reliable personal vehicle for non-delivery tasks
- Commercial liability insurance coverage ($1M minimum)
