Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and goods to designated delivery locations in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload merchandise using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Verify the accuracy of packages against delivery manifests and obtain signatures upon completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including regular inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to a professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app or dispatch system.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50-100 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone apps.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
