Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated delivery locations in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction with every delivery.
- Inspect vehicle daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues; report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Prepare delivery documentation and maintain accurate logs of delivery records.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Unload packages from the vehicle and place them in the designated area.
- Handle customer returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and checking directions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned terminal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
