Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients in the San Jose area.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure 5-star service ratings.
- Inspect vehicle before and after routes to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Log delivery attempts and customer signatures accurately via our mobile app.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information and packages.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Current auto insurance and registration.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan.
- Basic knowledge of the San Jose geography and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
