Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport goods to residential and commercial delivery points.
- Utilize company-provided handheld devices to manage delivery schedules and customer notifications.
- Ensure packages are handled with care and arrive in perfect condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to a professional dress code and polite communication standards.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV, Van, or Truck depending on the specific route).
- Access to a smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and dispatch apps.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
