Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for any mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues or concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and exceptions.
- Perform light vehicle maintenance, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Must have a reliable smartphone for route management and communication.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
