Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices for route optimization, proof of delivery, and communication.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle returns or complaints with grace.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and diverse neighborhoods.
