Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in Long Beach and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure journey for yourself and others.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily to ensure they are clean, fueled, and in proper working order.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately, maintaining daily logs and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues or complaints promptly.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- A reliable, well-maintained vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Access to a smartphone for navigation and order management apps.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
