Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion of each route.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Update delivery status via mobile apps and communicate any delays to dispatch.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo in an efficient and safe manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on reliability and punctuality.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
