Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses across San Francisco
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain electronic logs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on real-time conditions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data connection
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
