Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform thorough daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive brand image and handling packages with care.
- Accurately log delivery data, including time stamps and digital signatures, using company mobile apps.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery schedules and optimize daily routes.
- Unload and organize packages at various drop-off points and retail locations.
- Assist with inventory management and returns processing as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Achieved a clean driving record with no major infractions in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with the public.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for local shifts (if applicable).
- Basic proficiency with smartphone GPS navigation and mobile applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
