Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is in good working order and report any maintenance needs.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring items are protected from damage.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and mileage using our digital handheld devices.
- Handle cash and electronic payments correctly and process them daily.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the depot.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
