Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Baltimore
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Adhere to company safety protocols and delivery standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to operate box trucks or cargo vans (commercial license a plus)
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Baltimore streets
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
