Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Austin metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for on-time deliveries
- Represent company brand with professional appearance and attitude
- Resolve delivery issues proactively with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
