Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential/commercial addresses
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Accurately document delivery status and customer interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with minimum 1 year experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ packages repeatedly throughout shift
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans metropolitan area
- Reliable transportation to depot (parking provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
