Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses in Houston and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently, including handling heavy items when necessary.
- Practice defensive driving techniques and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Obtain and verify customer signatures upon delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Report any vehicle damages, accidents, or delivery issues immediately to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for route tracking and communication.
- Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation applications.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
