Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport goods to residential and commercial addresses in El Paso and surrounding areas on time and in pristine condition.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients politely, handling packages with care, and managing any delivery feedback professionally.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Route Management: Utilize our advanced GPS and mobile app to navigate efficiently, track deliveries, and optimize your daily route.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery receipts, log mileage, and handle returns or damaged goods according to company policy.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's professional image while representing our brand to the community.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Smartphone Access: Must have a reliable smartphone with a data plan to operate our delivery management software.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read maps and follow directions effectively.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
