Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance needs to fleet management
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro area roadways and navigation systems
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
