Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial locations across the Charlotte metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery environment.
- Interact professionally with customers, maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Utilize handheld GPS devices to track deliveries, manage documentation, and update status in real-time.
- Ensure the timely completion of daily routes to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS navigation and app usage.
