Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of goods to residential and commercial customers in the Greater Boston area.
- Ensure the correct handling and presentation of all packages upon arrival.
- Use mobile technology for route navigation, package scanning, and customer communication.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable smartphone (iOS or Android) with data connectivity.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of the Greater Boston area is preferred.
