Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are handled with care and are secure for transport.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for all deliveries to ensure complete accountability.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain fleet safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving delivery issues promptly.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Update delivery status in our tracking system accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for GPS navigation and order processing.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
