Responsibilities
- Timely and safe delivery of packages, food, and merchandise to customers throughout Miami
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Miami streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to and from shift location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
