Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Phoenix metro
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication through our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure timely maintenance reporting
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and technology
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for cash handling when applicable
