Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential/commercial addresses using GPS navigation
- Maintain accurate delivery records via mobile scanning system
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to maximize daily deliveries while adhering to time windows
- Handle fragile/temperature-sensitive packages with specialized care
- Report delivery issues or route discrepancies to dispatch team
- Participate in weekly safety and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Basic smartphone literacy for scanning apps
- Reliable transportation to depot for shift start
