Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Miami-Dade County using GPS navigation
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickup interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile app scanning and photo documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival while adhering to traffic laws
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
- Adhere to food safety protocols when handling temperature-sensitive deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 25 years of age with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation and scanning
- Basic English fluency with clear communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Miami neighborhoods preferred
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
