Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods across San Francisco using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules and GPS routing protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize delivery apps for real-time tracking and customer communication
- Optimize routes to minimize fuel consumption and maximize efficiency
- Accurately document deliveries and handle customer returns/exchanges
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years driving experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
