Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages/food within designated Charlotte routes
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while maintaining delivery schedule accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
- Use GPS technology for optimal route planning and time management
- Complete delivery documentation and proof-of-service records
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte metro area
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
