Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated addresses in Memphis and surrounding areas.
- Verify delivery details, ensure accuracy, and obtain customer signatures upon completion.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company uniform and grooming standards.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent non-commercial driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clear driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for commuting to the depot.
