Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential/commercial locations
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology while adhering to delivery schedules
- Verify package details and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily safety inspections
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Report maintenance concerns and complete delivery documentation accurately
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Austin, Ohio area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking systems
